I got the zero recoil break and notched sound deflector for 5.56 and received them with in days of ordering. After clocking my new Kineti-tech muzzle break I took it out for a test run and put 100rds through the break/deflector (no flaws)and was AMAZED at how soft and flat it shoots compared to the standard A2 flash hider I've been using. Huge improvement! I tried it with and without the sound deflector and could tell there was a difference with the sound deflector on. Definitely not hearing safe by any means but it reduces the felt concussion and adds a nice custom look. Very solid construction on the break and the deflector. Their easily comparable to any of the far more expensive options out. I will be ordering more for my other rifles but I can't decide if I want to go with the zero recoil again or try one Of Kineti-techs others. Once again I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend Kineti-tech!

I have the combo with a brake on my ar pistol I love it. 5.56 barks louder than my ar308. I also recently just installed the combo with the flash hider on my 5.56 rifle. Nicely machined parts great quality, fast shipping, fair price.

Makes a noticeable difference in recoil and target acquisition. I have only used the brake to the left in the photo, ZERO RECOIL Brake AL7. If I am building an AR with a red dot sight, this device is will be part of the build. I buy parts for function and do not care for tacticool looks. Both parts of this work great together. Recoil is significantly reduced, gun runs smooth. The sound redirector reduces concussion at and next to your firing bench. Well worth the money.

I’ve purchased 2 set of muzzle devices with blast deflectors. The first was a flash hider and the second is a compensator. Both work great. For the price these your best option. There are other brands that cost more, I love how small the Outer diameter is. It allows it to fit under hand rail easily. I do wish the muzzle device had a little larger purchase area for my wrench to get a purchase on. I used a crescent wrench for installation and it would slide off easily.

I bought a basic brake and it worked pretty well, small rise noticable with deflector off. But installed a zero recoil a few months later and was very happy. Leave the deflector on if you care about your neighbor and it brakes a bit. take the can off, flip it around (fits under a slimline guard) and put it back on for storage and your ready to rock rapid followups on target as fast as you can pull the trigger. this makes recoil management very easy as it almost stays on target without effort. word of caution, on an ar pistol indoors this is jarringly loud without the deflector. It makes a 22lr sound like a 223 indoors. and a 223 like a 308 or larger. wear good sealing hearing protection and warn the shooter next to you.
