Shrouds will fit ALL carbine length rifles including BULL BARRELS.

Quality made here in the USA of 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum.  Item slips over the barrel giving it a very aggressive short barrel look and really sets off the look of the gun....very nice.

 

Shorter one will fit all weapons that have 4-3/4" of barrel to cover with no obstructions

Longer one will fit all weapons that have at least 5-5/8" of barrel to cover with no obstructions

For the shroud to fit inside your hand gaurd/rail the opening of your rail must be at least 1-1/2" inside diameter.

 

We suggest the following for you gun as long as they meet the above specs also

Longer Shroud 6-1/2" (covers 5-3/4" of your barrel)

  • Standard carbine AR (can be short also)
  • MP 15/22 that has a THREAD ADAPTER installed on an non threaded barrel ( Perfect fit for these guns with adapters. fits tightly inside the front dust cover area**)

 

Shorter Shroud 5-5/8" (covers 4-3/4" of your barrel)

  • Standard carbine AR (can be longer also)
  • MP 15/22 with threaded barrel (PERFECT length for these guns)

Through Hole - 5/16"  (for .556 .223 and .22)
Shroud Length -  6.5  or 5.625
Diameter - 1- 1/2"
Max barrel Diameter - 1.2" (These shrouds WILL fit bull barrels also) 
Thread - 1/2" - 28

Finish - Harcoat Anodized MIL-A-8625F Type III / Color as Shown

Any other rifle with 1/2" -28 threads that meet the specs above.

    Gives the look and feel (a decent weight on the end of the barrel) of having a suppressor. I bought the 3" extension to get my desired spacing between the handguard and back of the Shroud. I should have gone with the 2" on the 16" barrel, as the plug on the back can be shoved further in and gave me more than I needed from my original estimated needs.

    Very nice, one of the only cans with the proper diameter. A suppressor should not fit under most mlok handguards and most slip overs are really small in diameter. This is same diameter as surefire cans like garand thumb and tree use. Legit!

    I have been adding items to my AR-15 for awhile now improving performance and looks and it never felt unique until now. I purchased a custom barrel shroud and hoped that it would look good on my Sig Sauer M400. I couldn't be happier with it! It looks awesome! I know it's not a suppressor, it's kinda the opposite. It is loud as hell and spits flames like a mad dragon. As a military veteran that worked with explosives, I love it!!! I will definitely be ordering more products from Kineti-tech and recommending them to my shooting buddies.

    Great product, shipping was pretty fast and email updates were nice. Installed no problem. Threads were precisely cut, and no slop or burrs. Threaded on dry like butter. Installed onto a 16" target barrel under a 12" keymod rail and fit nicely underneath. Looks great and balances the rifle out. I'd definitely order again. If I SBR, it will be with one of these on the end that's for sure. I get compliments on this (I went with ported flat nose and solid AAC style body) and have referred everyone here who asks. Thanks
