Shrouds will fit ALL carbine length rifles including BULL BARRELS.

Quality made here in the USA of 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum.  Item slips over the barrel giving it a very aggressive short barrel look and really sets off the look of the gun....very nice.

 

Shorter one will fit all weapons that have 4-3/4" of barrel to cover with no obstructions

Longer one will fit all weapons that have at least 5-5/8" of barrel to cover with no obstructions

For the shroud to fit inside your hand gaurd/rail the opening of your rail must be at least 1-1/2" inside diameter.

 

We suggest the following for you gun as long as they meet the above specs also

Longer Shroud 6-1/2" (covers 5-3/4" of your barrel)

  • Standard carbine AR (can be short also)
  • MP 15/22 that has a THREAD ADAPTER installed on an non threaded barrel ( Perfect fit for these guns with adapters. fits tightly inside the front dust cover area**)

 

Shorter Shroud 5-5/8" (covers 4-3/4" of your barrel)

  • Standard carbine AR (can be longer also)
  • MP 15/22 with threaded barrel (PERFECT length for these guns)

Through Hole - 5/16"  (for .556 .223 and .22)
Shroud Length -  6.5  or 5.625
Diameter - 1- 1/2"
Max barrel Diameter - 1.2" (These shrouds WILL fit bull barrels also)

Finish - Harcoat Anodized MIL-A-8625F Type III / Color as Shown

Any other rifle with 1/2" -28 threads that meet the specs above.

    Great product, shipping was pretty fast and email updates were nice. Installed no problem. Threads were precisely cut, and no slop or burrs. Threaded on dry like butter. Installed onto a 16" target barrel under a 12" keymod rail and fit nicely underneath. Looks great and balances the rifle out. I'd definitely order again. If I SBR, it will be with one of these on the end that's for sure. I get compliments on this (I went with ported flat nose and solid AAC style body) and have referred everyone here who asks. Thanks

    The barrel shroud is well made and finished, obviously top quality. The long version worked perfectly on a SCAR 16 with 16.25" barrel. Topped off with the 1/2-28 threaded cap and a VG6 Epsilon brake with a VG6 C.A.G.E., just the right tough to balance the thin looking barrel.

    I just recieved my "create your own" ported concave barrel shroud for my new Ares Armor 16" Wylde Harpe march upper with a 12" flaoting handguard. It fit perfectly and about 3/4" of the shroud base is tucked neatly inside the handguard. The photos on Kinetic Tech really don't do justice to the finish. The overall quality of the end cap and the shroud are first class. Both the knurled concave cap and the "butt" plug came with rubber 0 rings for a secure seal. Now I cant wait to hit the range here in Fresno, CA...and be told "supressors" are illegal. Great product Kinetic Tech...I will recommend your product to friends and associates.

    Well built, easy to install, looks great on any barrel, with any hand guard. I suggest this to anyone who wants to add character to their rifle!

    Well made fit perfect just what I was looking for. Cant beat the price. I'll probably get another end cap so I can change the look of it when I feel the need for a diff look.

    I searched online for a while for a barrel shroud and didnt really see one that I liked. I decided to check the Kineti-tech site and I am glad I did. I quickly chose the options i wanted and headed to the checkout. The product came really fast and I was impressed with the quality. I would defintely recommend this product. Now I might get another cap just to switch it up once in a while.
