• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. The weight of items can be found on its details page. To reflect the policies of the shipping carriers we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

• Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping or deliveries to remote areas.

• We currently ship to destinations within the United States. 
• We do not ship to destinations outside of the United States.

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package(s) progress.
• Kineti-Tech is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses, but we will assist in resolving issues to the best of our ability.

At Kineti-Tech, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are permitted for purchases made through www.kineti-tech.com.

1. Eligible Items for Return

Physical products may be returned if they are defective, damaged upon receipt, or not as described. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom-made products, perishable goods, gift cards, and items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.

2. Timeframe for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 5 business days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. All packaging must be retained.

3. How to Process a Return

To initiate a return: 

1. Contact our customer service team at sales@kineti-tech.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the damaged items).
2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if approved. 
3. Package the item securely, including the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided in the RMA instructions. 
4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). 

Kineti-Tech is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items being returned. 

• Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility for a refund. All products will be fully inspected for use before executing a refund or exchange. No refunds will be provided for used items.  

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue store credit. 
• Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping fees, taxes, and any additional charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. All refundable returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet the above criteria or if the return request is deemed fraudulent or abusive.
